The 1961 release of "Uno Dei Tanti" was sung by the Italian singer Joe Sentieri. The English lyrics were written by Jerry Leiber & Mike Stoller. Leiber & Stoller produced the Ben E. King record using the backing track from Joe Sentieri's record
